In the property management arena, Chicago Graystone addresses your needs with three lines of service:

Chicago Graystone’s leasing and marketing specialists work with property owners to market properties, screen potential tenants, and manage rental units. In doing so, they stay abreast of rental activity for individual properties under management. They also oversee the tenant-renewal process, list properties for rent on the Chicago Graystone website, and develop Web-based virtual tours to promote rental units.

Our finance and accounting staff – which includes a team of CPAs, a database expert, and an IT specialist – combines in-depth functional expertise with broad-based experience in real estate, a rare combination in property management circles today. The focus of our accounting and finance professionals extends well beyond the day-to-day transactions typically associated with property management activities. For example, we can produce customized financial reports on everything from rent rolls and accounts-receivable reports to financial statements for individual investors.

When it comes to facilities management, our cross-trained maintenance specialists can handle many systems-monitoring issues and physical repairs in-house. For other maintenance support, we turn to outside vendors who have demonstrated the ability to deliver high quality work at a competitive price.
