Ready to lease a Chicago Graystone apartment? By now, you should have received a Chicago Graystone Realty lease application for each person who will be signing a lease.
Each applicant should completely fill out their respective applications, and bring it to our office at 2640 N. Lincoln Ave.
You will also need to bring a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 for each application, the apartment administration fee and pet fee (if applicable). All checks should be made payable to Chicago Graystone Realty LLC.
Once all applications and non-refundable fees have been collected, Chicago Graystone Realty will submit each application for background and credit checks. If all applicants are deemed acceptable, you will be notified by our leasing coordinator who will prepare your lease and schedule a time for all applicants to review and sign the documents.
If your lease application is denied, the administration fee and any pet fee paid will be refunded.
At your scheduled lease signing, you will receive copies of your new lease, move-in instructions and key pick-up information. You will also be required to make payable your first month's rent. Rent checks should be made payable to Chicago Graystone Realty LLC.
Chicago Graystone Realty LLC assesses a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee. . The administrative fee is due at application submission. Checks should be made payable to Chicago Graystone Realty LLC.
Fees are determined using the following table:
Rents up to $1,999.00 - $250.00
Rents $2,000.00 and above - $500.00
If your lease application is denied, the administration fee will be refunded.
Chicago Graystone Realty collects a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. Although, not all units/buildings are pet friendly - your leasing agent should inform you if the building accepts pets, and which type. The pet fee is due at application submission. Checks should be made payable to Chicago Graystone Realty LLC.

One pet: $200.00
Two pets: $400.00

If your lease application is denied, the pet fee will be refunded.
Chicago Graystone does not collect a security deposit for any of the apartments we rent. Nevertheless, each tenant will be held financially responsible for damage and subsequent repair caused by tenant negligence.
