Analysis and recommendations

In order to assist property owners in determining the current status of their real estate investments and to make recommendations regarding future income potential and the property’s ultimate highest and best use leading to eventual liquidation strategies, Chicago Graystone Realty will do the following:

• Tour the property to evaluate its structural components with our maintenance staff and senior construction managers of Castlebar Enterprises.
• Evaluate potential income streams with the assistance of our leasing staff.
• Analyze the proper way to position the subject property in the market place with our development team.
• Recommend short, intermediate and long term strategies of how to bring the real estate assets to their highest potential for eventual liquidation.

Chicago Graystone Realty is prepared to take on immediate management and leasing functions while the intermediate and long term strategies are explored. We will evaluate the overall market conditions where the property is located and evaluate possibilities to optimize profits either as a single structure or subdivided into condominium components if appropriate.
